The contact form may collect name, email address, reason for contact and message content. EchoFather Families pages do not request clinical or genetic data. Netlify may process technical information required for hosting, security and operation.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Messages are processed to respond to enquiries, press requests and collaboration proposals. The legal basis is the sender's consent and, where applicable, steps requested before entering into a relationship.

4. Health and genetic data

Do not send medical reports, full patient names, clinical-record numbers, identity documents, clinical photographs or identifiable genetic information. The form is not designed to receive special-category data.

5. Providers and recipients

Data may be processed by technical providers required to host the site and receive forms, particularly Netlify. Personal data is not sold or provided to advertisers.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using legally recognised safeguards when required.

7. Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability by writing to the contact address. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

8. Security and minors

Reasonable minimisation and security measures are used, although no internet system can guarantee zero risk. The form is not directed to minors.
