EchoFatherECHOFATHERA legacy beyond us

My story

Learn to understand. Create so as not to remain silent.

EchoFather was not born as a finished brand. It grew from a family, a search and the decision to turn lived experience into research, creative work and support.

The journey

Seven chapters. One story.

Roots

Buenos Aires and a family story shaped by two identities.

I was born in Buenos Aires. I have Argentine and Spanish roots: my mother and grandparents were Spanish. I grew up understanding family as memory, belonging and legacy.

Before EchoFather, I spent years working with information, analysis and decisions. Data was my profession. I did not yet know it would become a tool for understanding the most important story in my life.

02

Summer 2010

When a technical name arrived, but there was still no map.

The phone rang at home. On the other end came the words “unbalanced chromosomal translocation”. We were both at home. There were three months left before the birth.

There was a term for what had been found, but we did not know what it could explain, what it could not explain or how it would connect with everything that followed.

The diagnosis did not end the search. It gave a name to one part of the path.

2017 · 2023

I first learned data while imagining something that could help my son.

In 2017 I began my first master’s degree in Big Data & Analytics with a personal motivation: learning tools that might one day help S.F. communicate, connect and gain autonomy.

The training continued with Data Science & Big Data at MIOTI. Over time I discovered those capabilities could also help organise reports, rebuild timelines, compare sources and ask better questions.

04

Project S.F.

Accumulating information was not enough.

Coordinates had to be checked, versions controlled, sources differentiated and every statement labelled as confirmed, interpreted or hypothetical.

That is how Project S.F. took shape: a layered corpus with a genetic foundation, clinical modules, cross-system integration, consultation materials and synthesis.

Rigour also means removing connections that do not survive verification.
05

2024

“Someday” stopped feeling like a safe date.

A heart attack broke the assumption that there would always be time to return to what mattered.

S.F.’s research, writing and the need to leave something useful stopped being postponed projects. That movement led to Nunca estuve preparado and accelerated everything that would later grow around EchoFather.

06

The shared home

EchoFather came first.

It was a name behind which I could write and create without putting my own name at the centre. Over time it became the shared home of Publishing, Music, Project S.F. and Families.

AnoniMe and Murdock represent the dialogue between human experience and technological tools.

07

The present

Sharing the method without promising answers that do not exist.

EchoFather Families grew from learning how heavy it is to receive information without a map and how much a consultation can change when the story is organised and the questions are more precise.

It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace professionals. It helps people understand, organise and prepare.

A family may need much more than a name written in a report.
